• Demonstrate Property – Show the Client properties matching their Requirements while pointing out Features that may impact (positively or negatively) the future resale of the specific property.
• Contract Negotiator – Experienced Negotiator skilled in obtaining the best possible Price, Terms and Conditions for the Client
• Contract Administrator – Monitors the Contract to make sure all Terms and Conditions are met by all parties to reach a successful Closing
